Highland Halloween Costume Parade -Meet us at 12:45pm in costume at the Kids’ Zone (next to State Farm on Rte 216). Olenka School of Music & local marching band students will accompany the parade. Route will lead participants across the entertainment stage. Join the parade!

Double Kids’ Zones
- Moon Bounce and other Inflatables will be in our Contemporary Kids’ Zone behind Boarman’s Market.
- Take a blast through the past in our Colonial Kids’ Zone next to Living Dolls on Route 216.
