xHighland Halloween Costume Parade -Meet us at 12:45pm in costume at the Kids’ Zone (next to State Farm on Rte 216).  Olenka School of Music & local marching band students will accompany the parade.  Route will lead participants across the entertainment stage.  Join the parade!

Shoppe of Horrors
     The Highland Groomery is hosting its 3rd annual Shoppe of Horrors.  Stop in for the thrill of your life!  Kixd-friendly spookiness available too!

Double Kids’ Zones

  • Moon Bounce and other Inflatables will be in our Contemporary Kids’ Zone behind Boarman’s Market.
  • Take a blast through the past in our Colonial Kids’ Zone next to Living Dolls on Route 216.
  • Be on the look out for a visit from the Howard County Fire Department too!

xHay Ride
Join us for an old-fashioned hayride down a country lane!  Tickets for sale next to State Farm Insurance on Rte. 216/Scaggsville Rd.
