You are cordually invited to become a member or renew membership in GHCA.  Membership in the GHCA is $50 for the calendar year. Your dues support the continued efforts of GHCA to represent your interests before Maryland/Howard County government, development interests, and community events. Only members may vote on important issues and in elections - and this year membership also includes a free copy of the “Highland Directory” for your use and enjoyment! If you did not pick one up on Highland Day, we keep a stock at the Post Office and at various Highland merchants for your convenience.
